The stainig of Acid-fast bacilli in tissue sections

Abstract
|

|
|
A review of staining methods for Acid-fast bacilli has been made. Examples have been given of methods using carbol-fuchsin and new fuchsin solutions. A method, a variation of the traditional ziehl-neelsen technique used in general histological laboratories, was described in detail.
